Ashley Tremain's practice is focused on employment law, including employment discrimination, termination for refusal to perform an illegal act, interference with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) rights, retaliation for claiming Worker's Compensation benefits, insurance benefits denials, ERISA (Employment Retirement Income Security Act) claims, employment contracts and agreements, defamation, fraud, misrepresentation, unfair competition, non-compete agreements, sexual harassment, and severance negotiations.

She also handles trade secret and trademark disputes.

Ashley Tremain has significant litigation experience and has argued in the district courts of Dallas, Collin, Denton, Ellis, and Hunt Counties; the county courts of Dallas County; and the Federal District Courts in Dallas. She has tried cases in the Dallas County District Courts and the Dallas County Federal courts. Further, she has argued appeals in the 8th and 5th Circuit Federal Courts of Appeals, and the Texas Court of Appeals, Fifth District.
