Ted joined Kilgore & Kilgore in 1986, after being admitted to the State Bar of Texas that same year. A civil trial attorney, Anderson has successfully tried numerous cases to million dollar verdicts, including Thermex v. Atlas, where he participated as a lead trial lawyer prevailing in a landmark judgment exposing antitrust violations in the domestic explosives business. His success include cases involving monopoly claims against the PGA Tour and the scam that almost bought the New York Islanders for Dallas swindler John Spano. Besides institutions Ted represents executives and inventors when litigation is imminent. He has represented numerous CEO's, CFO's and other top executives. Ted currently represents a number of inventors and institutions in protecting intellectual property. Ted earned a B.A. degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany, where he was a Regents Scholar, and a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University.
