Ted joined Kilgore & Kilgore in 1986, after being admitted to the State Bar of Texas that same year. His success includes cases involving monopoly claims against the PGA Tour and the scam that almost bought the New York Islanders for Dallas swindler John Spano. Besides institutions Ted represents executives and inventors when litigation is imminent. He has represented numerous CEO's, CFO's and other top executives.
