Bob joined Kilgore & Kilgore in 2010, after 30 years of law practice, 11 in the fields of bankruptcy, creditors rights and general business litigation, and 18 in the fields of employment and benefits law, including numerous whistleblower claims and private disability claims under ERISA and otherwise, and related insurance and personal-injury litigation. Bob was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1991 and to the Massachusetts Bar in 1987. Bob has successfully pursued hundreds of employment cases. In addition to his employment and benefits and related practices on behalf of employees, Bob has successfully pursued cases on behalf of customers of securities firm. Bob earned B.A. degrees in architecture and political science, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977 and a J.D. degree from Columbia University Law School in 1980.
