As a result, many successful, hardworking, dedicated, employees experience unlawful treatment by management. I bring a unique perspective to my law practice because for the past 40 years I represented management in some of the best corporations in the world. They shared one basic philosophy: if you treat your employees right, they will in turn treat your company well.
